New Patients of Vivo Integrative Medicine
Click the bolded font under the LOG IN button which says New Patient Registration. After registering you will get an email confirmation to confirm the registration. You will then be able to sign into your new patient portal using your username and password created at registration. From your patient portal you will be able to schedule your desired appointment by clicking the My Appointments tab.
Existing Patients of Vivo Integrative Medicine
Please LOG IN to your patient portal. After log in, you can schedule & manage your appointments through your patient portal. Through the portal you will also be able to send messages, review lab results, review visit notes, update medication and supplement information, and update pharmacy information.
